Payment Method

ClothesPackBox accepts payment through its secure checkout. The payment methods, billing currency, shipping charge, taxes collected by the store, and final order total are displayed before payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

Available card brands and digital wallets vary by customer location, device, browser, currency, payment provider, and order details. A payment method is available for an order only when it appears at checkout. Checkout is the authoritative source for the methods currently available.

Currency and Conversion

The checkout page shows the currency charged by ClothesPackBox. If the customer's card or payment account uses a different currency, the bank or payment provider determines the exchange rate and can charge a foreign-transaction or conversion fee. ClothesPackBox does not set or receive those third-party fees.

Order Total, Taxes, and Import Charges

Before payment, checkout shows the item price, shipping charge, taxes collected by the store when applicable, discounts, currency, and final order total. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local handling charges imposed after shipment are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise and are the recipient's responsibility.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, the customer confirms that the billing information is accurate and authorizes the displayed order total. A bank or payment provider can place a temporary authorization hold even when a payment attempt is declined or an order is not completed; the provider controls the release time for that hold.

Payment Security

Payments are handled through the store checkout and its payment providers. ClothesPackBox does not ask customers to send full card numbers, passwords, security codes, or payment-account login information by email.

Payment Problems

If payment fails or the order status is unclear, contact help@clothespackbox.com with the checkout email address and available order information. Do not send full payment credentials.
