These Terms of Service govern access to the ClothesPackBox online store and purchases placed from supported countries and regions worldwide.

Store Operator

The ClothesPackBox store is operated by Dongguan Qianghuangfengxing Trading Co., Ltd.. Customer support is available at help@clothespackbox.com.

Eligibility and Customer Information

Customers must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract in their jurisdiction and must provide accurate contact, delivery, billing, and payment information. Customers are responsible for reviewing the order, destination, currency, shipping charge, taxes collected at checkout, and final total before payment.

Products, Prices, and Currency

Product descriptions, availability, prices, discounts, and currency can change before an order is submitted. The checkout total displayed immediately before payment is the amount ClothesPackBox charges. Banks and payment providers independently determine foreign-exchange rates and third-party conversion fees.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. We can cancel and refund an order before shipment when payment is not confirmed, inventory is unavailable, delivery information is invalid, the transaction presents a fraud or sanctions risk, shipment is prohibited, or an obvious pricing or product error prevents fulfillment. We will notify the customer using the order contact information.

International Shipping, Customs, and Import Charges

Supported destinations, delivery estimates, and shipping charges are described in the Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout. International orders can be subject to customs review, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local handling charges. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, authorization, shipping responsibility, damaged or incorrect items, exchanges, and refund timing are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Customers must obtain return instructions before sending an item.

Payments

Available payment methods and the charged currency are shown at checkout and explained on the Payment Method page. By submitting an order, the customer authorizes the displayed order total and confirms the right to use the selected payment method.

Acceptable Use

Customers must not misuse the store, interfere with security or operation, submit fraudulent transactions, access the store through unlawful automated activity, copy protected store content for commercial use, or violate applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Store text, graphics, branding, photographs, layout, and other content are owned by ClothesPackBox, its operator, or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store for lawful personal shopping.

Liability and Mandatory Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClothesPackBox is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited in the customer's country or region.

Governing Rules

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the store operator, without removing mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights that apply in the customer's place of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We will publish material updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
