ClothesPackBox offers a 30-day return window for eligible items. The return window starts from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging when possible. Items returned with signs of wear, washing, damage after delivery, missing parts, or without return approval may be refused.
How to Start a Return
Email help@clothespackbox.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, item name, reason for return, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Instructions
Do not send items back before receiving return instructions. The return address and next steps will be provided after your return request is reviewed.
Return Shipping Cost
Unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. If the issue was caused by an order fulfillment error, contact support for review.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on stock. If an exchange is not available, an eligible refund may be issued after the return is approved and received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email help@clothespackbox.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
